first impression on poem

My first impression on the poem is kind of odd, there's a lot going on in the poem and for my self some of the phrases the author uses are a little difficult to understand. I also feel that he is timid to do some things and he's growing old w out trying this things. So i believe he should do some of those things and not be scared or second guess it.
